Silver/Lead Concentrate is manufactured by processing the separated solids from the zinc metal production process with a hot-brine leach solution to dissolve the lead and silver, then separating the aqueous solution from the remaining solids. Lead and silver carbonate will be precipitated from the aqueous solution with soda ash. The lead-silver carbonate will be separated from the brine solution and further processed with soda ash to remove remaining impurities. The purified Lead-Silver Concentrate is expected to be sold as moist solid (>60% Pb, >50 tr. oz/ton Ag) to lead producers.
